Tidepool is a gorgeous blue fabric, deep and bright, with turquoise, cerulean and white highlights dancing like sunshine on tropical waters.  It has no glitter or metallic foil, which makes it easy care, and safe for swimwear.  AND the light parts are UV glow under blacklight!

Four-way stretch 80/20 Nylon Spandex for durability and shape retention.
