Elegant Chinese jasmine tea
The base of this tea is half-fermented Kekecha tea - also known als 'yellow' tea. Slow oxidation under a cloth or paper gives the tea leaves a yellowish colour. The taste of this rare yellow tea is mild, spicy rather than sharp and grassy like classic green tea. During the drying process, we add fresh jasmine petals for an elegant and floral aroma. Enjoy this popular Chinese jasmine tea at any moment during the day.
Use
1,5 tsp on 1,75dl of water (at 80°C). Steep for 1-2 minutes. Reuse 2-3 times.
